For general health: Take one softgel a day
Specific Health Conditions
For Triglycerides*: Take 3 to 4 softgels a day
For Heart Health: Take 2 softgels a day
For Joint Health: Take 2 to 4 softgels a day

Maximum Dosage: do not take more than 4 per day. Consult your doctor if you require more than 2 per day.

When will I see the benefits
OmegaVia is not a drug, you may need a few days to feel the full benefits. Some people report benefits in joint comfort as early as a few days, while others, depending on their health condition, may require a few weeks or more to see big changes.
Pregnancy and Nursing
If you are pregnant or nursing, please talk to your doctor about using Omega-3. OmegaVia may not contain enough DHA Omega-3 required during third trimester of pregnancy. You may need to supplement with additional DHA.
Expecting and breastfeeding mothers: Take 1 to 2 softgels a day. Best if consumed with a meal.
For faster & greater fish oil benefits
Reduce the Omega-6 content in your diet. This will speed up the benefits of Omega-3. The easiest way to do this is by completely eliminating corn and soy oil from your diet. Replace those oils with olive oil.
Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats compete for the same enzymes and incorporation into our bodies. Think musical chairs. Since we have an excess of Omega-6 in our diets, Omega-6 usually wins. That’s not good. Omega-6 fats from corn and soy oil are stored in your body for long periods of time. As you gradually eliminate Omega-6 that comes from soy and corn oil, each fish oil pill will become more and more effective.
Warnings
Omega-3 & Your Doctor
Please consult your doctor if you wish to take fish oil during pregnancy, nursing or while on any medication. Ask your doctor about Omega-3 supplements if you have a blood clotting disorder. If you are taking fish oil with prescription medication and your symptoms of illness disappear, do not discontinue taking the prescription medication without talking to your doctor first.
Omega-3 Side Effects and Safety
When taken as directed above, OmegaVia has no serious side effects. Some people may notice occasional fishy burping. Burping usually goes away with regular use and can be minimized if softgels are enteric-coated and taken before meals. Keep out of reach of children.
Aspirin and Blood Thinners
