Policies

  • Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

    Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Additionally, if an appointment is canceled (with less than 48 hours notice) a 3rd time, 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

    No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the original booked service price. This amount cannot be applied toward any future services.

    You will not be able to book your next appointment until the cancellation/no-show fee is paid in full. All charges will be applied to the card placed on file at the time of booking. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.

    By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to these terms.

  • All services require a credit card for reservation, so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a no show or last minute cancellation. Upon checkout, you may choose your method of payment.

    All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at all times or risk any future appointments being canceled.

  • Any unused / unopened products may be returned or exchanged. Any exchanges or returns must be done within 1 week.

    Gift Cards / Certificates are non-refundable.

  • Please call/text to notify us in the event that you are running late.

    If you are 10-15 minutes late your treatment time will be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.

    If you are more than 15 minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service that you missed, due to it being a late cancellation.

  • We kindly ask that you do not bring any children with you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive treatment as well.

    For the safety and enjoyment of you, your child, and other clients in the building, we ask that you do not bring your child or that they be accompanied by another adult while you receive your service. We are unable to supervise your little ones as the priority is to complete your service.
